Arhitecture

Defining a structured solution that meets all of the technical and operational requirements, while optimizing common quality attributes such as performance, security, and manageability. It involves a series of decisions based on a wide range of factors, and each of these decisions can have considerable impact on the quality, performance, maintainability, and overall success of the application.

"Smart Home" is composed of two major parts: a soft part and a hard part.

HARD :

In this project, the material choice is largely big, given the progress on the market electronic. Thus there are several ranges of microcontroller and electronic components. Obviously, we must choose its component types to fully achieve the most reliable and most economical result.
It comprises a central card that has the function to communicate the smart phone or tablet with the modules, while maintaining the security of the network, and the synchronization of some of the modules with each other. Also, we have the modules to which the majority of this part will mainly be devoted to it, are distributed.

  1. 1. The Sensors:
    • - Detect movements of people.
    • - Detect fires.
    • - Measure humidity, temperature and climate pressure.
    • - Detect the state of the doors and windows (opened or closed).
  2. 2. The actuators:
    • - Responding to the results obtained from sensors in an intelligent way.
    • - Operating and varied lighting.
    • - Driving blinds and shutters.
    • - Set heating and refresh.
    • - Control the opening.
    • - Secure and protect.

SOFT :

For the realization of our system was used:

  1. 1. A Remote Server:
    • - Ensure Communication between user, database and intelligent home.
  2. 2. A DataBase:
    • - Save Historical different values detected by the sensors.
    • - Save User interventions.

The application can be downloaded on mobile, lap top or tablet.
